OFFER B:

1. Avail any of these services; Manhattan Skin Plus, Balinese Full Body Massage, Brazilian Deep Tissue Massage, 1 hour Create Your Own Manhattan, 1 hour Oriental Foot Relax, or Bangkok Foot Therapy
2. Get either 15%OFF or he/she can get a FREE Foot Massage(worth 150Php)or FREE manicure/pedicure, if availing any of the services listed in OFFER B
   

Smart Mobile

1. To get the offer, the SMART subscriber must text COUPON 511 to 9800. He/she will receive a confirmation message and the Big Apple Express Spa operator logo.
2. All subscribers must present the downloaded mobile coupon and oplogo to the front liner to avail the discount/freebie.
3. All subscribers have the option to choose whether they want to avail a discount or a freebie.

Smart Broadband

Via Smart Rewards Website

1. The subscriber can visit smart.com.ph/rewards to redeem
   
2. The subscriber should go to the Discounts page and click the “Bro” Tab to get the list of partner merchants and their offers for Smart Broadband subscribers.
3. The subscriber may choose from the list of partner merchants available and click “Download” under the logo of his/her chosen partner merchant.
4. The subscriber must provide his/her Smart Broadband SIM#/SRN # and e-mail address.
5. An email from Smart Rewards will be sent to him/her containing the discount coupon of his chosen partner merchant.
6. He/She must print the email from Smart Rewards containing the discount coupon of his chosen partner merchant and present it to the cashier to avail of the exclusive discount/freebie.

Via My Smart

1. The subscriber must log-in to his/her My Smart. Account or register if he/she does not have an account yet.
2. The subscriber must click “Manage” located on the upper right side.
3. The subscriber must click the “Smart Rewards” tab located on the lower left side and click “Get Discounts”.
4. The subscriber will be redirected to the Broadband Discounts Page on the Smart Rewards website.
5. The subscriber may choose from the list of partner merchants available and click “Download” under the logo of his/her chosen partner merchant.
6. The subscriber must provide his/her Smart Broadband SIM#/SRN # and e-mail address.
7. An email from Smart Rewards will be sent to him/her containing the discount coupon of his chosen partner merchant.
8. He/She must print the email from Smart Rewards containing the discount coupon of his chosen partner merchant and present it to the cashier to avail of the exclusive discount/freebie.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 

1. The promo will run from July 1, 2012 to September 30, 2012.
2. The promo is open to all SMART Rewards registered subscribers.
   
   • For individual SMART Mobile and Broadband Postpaid, SMART Mobile and Broadband Prepaid, Retailer MINS, SMART Service Units, and Corporate Accounts.
3. All prepaid and postpaid accounts must have at least P1.00 remaining balance in order to download the Big Apple Express Spa mobile coupon.
4. SMART shall schedule SMS (inclusion of merchant’s mobile coupon and operator logo) to all SMART subscribers.
5. SMART shall schedule an email blast to approximately 5,000 SMART employees and SMS blast to 3M opt-in Smart subscribers.
6. SMART shall provide online marketing via smart.com.ph/rewards, and SMART’s official social networking sites.
7. Offer is only applied to the Big Apple Express Spa branch located at UG 7 Cityland 10 Tower 1, 156 H.V. Dela Costa St. Salcedo Village, Makati City.
8. The offer is valid for three months and can be extended as long as the promotion is effective* and an agreement between both parties will take place
